You can modify the information on your Juliette account by clicking on “Your account”. Enter your user ID and your password and, once you are logged in, click on “My profile” to change or delete information.
If you want to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service where an adviser will assist you with the steps to follow.

The last step is to enter your payment information and click “complete order” to finish the transaction and place your order with us.

Simply login and check your account page, here you will find the tracking information for your order (located in your order history)
